East of Market

East of Market is one of Kirkland's quieter surprises with older homes on individual lots and new construction going up between them one house at a time. Some of the newer builds catch water views the original houses never had.

There’s easy access to downtown Kirkland, which boasts restaurants, the waterfront, and plenty of retail shops. Even Google's Kirkland campus is close enough to be part of the draw.

The lots run larger than what you'll find right in downtown Kirkland, which is part of why I like showing this neighborhood to buyers who want space but don't want to give up the ease of getting around.
