Kingsgate

I've closed more deals in Kingsgate than in almost any other neighborhood I cover. I know it street by street; which cul-de-sacs back onto the greenbelt, which lots run deep, where the light hits in the afternoon.

Most of the homes here went up in the late 1960s and '70s, and it shows: real lots, mature trees, room to spread out. Some sections share an HOA pool. The Tolt Pipeline Trail runs along the north edge of the neighborhood, and I like to send clients there for a walk when they’re considering the neighborhood. To me, it's the fastest way to feel what living here is actually like.

Kingsgate sits close to I-405, so getting anywhere on the Eastside is straightforward, and Evergreen Health, a recognized national healthcare leader, is a short drive away. This area also borders Totem Lake, so a night out doesn't have to mean a long commute.
