Totem Lake

I've done a lot of business throughout Totem Lake, and it's changed more than almost anywhere else I sell. The old mall is gone and in its place is a real village with restaurants, a movie theater, coffee, shopping, all of it built to be walked rather than driven between.

Housing here is mixed on purpose. You'll find single-family streets a few blocks from newer condos and just-built townhomes, so there's more than one way in depending on what a buyer's looking for.

EvergreenHealth is close by, and Woodinville's wineries are an easy drive east when you want a change of pace. For anyone who wants restaurants and errands within walking distance without giving up a house with a yard, this is where I point them.
