  • Kingsgate

    The neighborhood of Kingsgate in Kirkland includes quiet cul-de-sacs, big lots, and easy access to I-405.

  • Totem Lake

    A happening area with lots of shops and restaurants surrounded by single-family homes, condos, and new townhomes.

  • East of Market

    Older Kirkland lots and new construction side by side, plus easy access to downtown Kirkland and the lake.

  • Bellevue

    Bellevue isn't one neighborhood, it's dozens, and that's the first thing to understand if you're looking here.

  • Mercer Island

    Perfectly situated between Seattle and Bellevue
